1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of clients of "CAPS LOCK" LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel"), which may be obtained when booking capsules, registering on the Hotel's website, using the Hotel's services, as well as during any other interactions of Clients with the Hotel. 1.2. The processing of Clients' personal data is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of personal data protection.
2. Composition of Personal Data
2.1. Within the framework of this Policy, personal data includes the following categories of information:
  • Client's full name;
  • Contact information (phone number, email address);
  • Passport data or other identity documents;
  • Payment information (bank cards, payment system data);
  • Client's booking history and preferences;
  • Information about the Client's inquiries and requests.
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
3.1. Clients' personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
  • Providing accommodation and related services;
  • Fulfilling obligations under agreements with Clients;

  • Sending the Client informational and marketing communications (including via email and phone) about special offers and Hotel services. The Client may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by following the instructions in the message itself;
  • Complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Ensuring security and preventing fraud.
4. Procedure for Personal Data Processing
4.1. The processing of Clients' personal data includes the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. 4.2. The Hotel undertakes to take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Clients' personal data from unauthorized access. At the same time, the Client understands and agrees that no system can guarantee absolute protection against all possible threats, and the Hotel is not liable for unauthorized access by third parties that did not occur through the fault of the Hotel (for example, as a result of sophisticated cyberattacks). 4.3. Access to Clients' personal data is granted only to authorized employees of the Hotel who require it to perform their official duties.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
5.1. The Hotel does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or with the Client's consent. 5.2. Personal data may be transferred to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations to the Client, including, but not limited to, payment systems, payment processing companies, and other partner organizations.
6. Personal Data Retention Periods
6.1. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or for the period stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 6.2. Upon expiration of the retention period, personal data is subject to destruction or depersonalization.
7. Rights of Clients
7.1. Clients have the right to access, correct, update, or delete their personal data. 7.2. Clients may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding request to the Hotel. 7.3. Clients have the right to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including the right to file a complaint with the authorized body for the protection of personal data.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
8.1. The Hotel reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Hotel's website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
